Our courses are one on one, whether you want to focus on specific topics of the language, or if you are just looking for conversation practice or learning about cultural issues in Spanish.

Ideally, we do two to three hours per week of course and renew each block of courses once a month or every two months, but in the end you are the one who decides the number of hours you want to do per week and according to the period that you prefer one or two months.

You need a computer with a built-in microphone (and/or camera). If you computer doesn’t have it you may need to purchase a microphone (and/or camera + headset). You also need a good internet connection. We usually use two free video-conference programs: SKYPE or Google Meets depending of yours needs.

Directly in the “Online Courses” tab of this web page before starting the courses, you choose the Pack that you prefer and that best suits you. The Stripe payment platform is secure and allows electronic payments by credit card.

From 6 hours per month, you will have a 10% discount, if you contract 8 or more hours per month the discount will be 15% and if you contract two months with a minimum of 8 hours each month, the reduction will be 20%. In addition, we assume any commission of the payment platform.

If you need to cancel a class, change the day and time, write to me at hola.español.spanish@gmail.com, at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled class so as not to miss it. We simply change the day and time to another time that is better for you.

Since the class hours do not expire, we can do them at another time according to your and my availability. Therefore, a refund would not be necessary.

In case you do not notify me at least 24 hours in advance, I will always wait from 15 to 20 minutes, but if during these minutes you do not connect the time agreed for this class, it will not be possible to recover or have a refund in this regard.

Yes, since the classes are adapted to work exclusively with you and according to your needs. If you need a class for a small group, you can contact me at hola.español.spanish@gmail.com and we can talk about it.

The suggestion will always be that you make the effort, because a super important objective is that we always communicate in Spanish. You will see that this effort will be worth a lot, to notice clear progress in your learning process.

All the materials that I suggest that we use for the courses, I will provide them to you free of charge because they are included in what you have paid for the classes. In the event that the student wishes to use a specific manual or materials, the cost of these will be borne by them.
